The company has neither given salary nor appointment letter. The company has also started new recruitment. Angered by this, the women workers started creating ruckus at the gate behind Dial 112 at 2 pm. As the crowd increased, the women reached the main gate of 112 headquarters. Here they blocked the road and sat on strike. DCP, ADCP and other officers came to convince them, but things did not work out.

The new service provider (We Win) company has taken over the operation of the center after the contract of the former service provider expired on 2 November 2023. The new service provider company is directly doing the process of taking these outsourced workers on its roles. This demonstration is regarding increasing the wages among new service providers and outsourced workers. The services of UP 112 are continuing smoothly.
