To streamline boarding processes, a queue system has been adopted at originating stations for passengers entering general coaches, facilitating an organized boarding experience.
Proper announcements regarding trains and coaches are ensured well in advance, keeping passengers informed about the location of general coaches and departure platforms. This proactive communication aims to enhance passenger convenience.
Important trains now feature mixed escort teams, providing real-time assistance, especially to female passengers on long-distance journeys. This initiative enhances the overall safety and comfort of passengers.
