Programs will be organized at district level from 1st to 7th November

BI News, Patna: MLA cum party’s chief spokesperson Neeraj Kumar addressed the press conference at Karpoori Auditorium of JDU headquarters. During this, Jehanabad MP Chandeshwar Prasad Chandravanshi, State President of JDU Extremely Backward Cell Dharmendra Kumar Chandravanshi, Shivshankar Nishad, Bunty Chandravanshi were present.
Addressing the journalists, Neeraj Kumar said that after the release of caste based census report, JDU has ensured to organize a district level gratitude program to express gratitude towards Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. This program is to be organized from 1 to 7 November.

Also giving information, he said that in the first phase of Jannayak Karpuri discussion, it was held in 5 Vidhan Sabhas, in the second phase, it was held in 55 Vidhan Sabhas and on October 8, it was held in 2 Vidhan Sabhas, that is, till now the Karpuri discussion program has been completed in 62 Vidhan Sabhas. Programs are to be held in the remaining 181 assemblies. The third phase of this program will start from October 27 and will continue till November 5. During this period, this program is proposed in total 42 assemblies.

Neeraj Kumar said that through the district level gratitude program, the party will expose the anti-OBC face of BJP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had associated himself with the extremely backward community in the meeting in Kannauj. Then we raised the question that the Prime Minister belongs to the Modh Ghanchi community and his ancestors considered Ahmedabadi Ghanchi, Champerenia Ghanchi, Patni Ghanchi, Surti Ghanchi, Khambhati Ghanchi and Pancholi Ghanchi untouchable. Didn’t eat the food cooked by them. But Prime Minister Narendra Modi, suffering from the mentality of social discrimination, declared himself a fake backward class for the sake of votes.
Neeraj Kumar said that Jannayak Karpuri actually belonged to the most backward society. He asked if this is the reason why Jannayak Karpuri Thakur is not being given Bharat Ratna? A resolution was passed from the Bihar Legislature that Jannayak Karpoori Thakur should be given Bharat Ratna.

Our MP Chandeshwar Prasad Chandravanshi tried to raise this issue in the House too but the BJP is not paying any heed to it. Neeraj Kumar asked whether Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not want to give Bharat Ratna to Karpoori Thakur only because of social prejudice?
He said that Jannayak Karpoori Thakur worked to fight against social untouchability. He wrote a long saga on the struggle for political questions. BJP should clarify whether it is for these reasons that they have a problem with the personality of Jannayak Karpoori Thakur. In 2021, the BJP central government stopped the scholarship of students from backward and extremely backward communities from classes 1 to 8. This shows how much hatred BJP has towards public leader Karpoori Thakur.

He said that Mandal Commission, Rohini Commission, Kaka Kalelkar Commission, Extremely Backward Commission and the Supreme Court have also talked about conducting caste census but the Modi government at the Center has worked to ignore all the sentiments. All these things will be exposed before the public in the district level gratitude program. It will also be told that BJP got petitions filed by its intellectual supporters from the High Court to the Supreme Court to stop the caste census.
Accusing the BJP, Neeraj Kumar said that they are afraid of their sins being exposed, that is why the Modi government is not conducting the caste census at the national level and it will also become public that the Prime Minister’s ancestors believed in social untouchability.
