District Authorities Ready for Upcoming Palamu Tour by Chief Minister

BI News,Palamu: Deputy Commissioner Shashi Ranjan held a meeting at the conference hall of the Secretariat on Monday regarding the proposed visit of the Chief Minister to Palamau. During the meeting, he assigned various tasks to officials from different departments and discussed arrangements for the program. He instructed the Municipal Commissioner to ensure the cleanliness of the venue and directed officials to enhance security measures. Ranjan emphasized timely execution and provided special authority to the Labor Commissioner for coordinating the event. Additionally, arrangements for meals by JSLPS (Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society) for attendees were confirmed. Notably, the Chief Minister will distribute offer letters among local youths during the regional job fair scheduled for October 30 in Medininagar.

Initiative to Provide Laptops to District’s Academic Achievers

Deputy Commissioner Shri Ranjan announced that some of the district’s academic toppers, including those from District Schools, Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalaya’s 10th and 12th graders, and a top student from ITI (Industrial Training Institute), will receive laptops from the district administration. The occasion witnessed the presence of SP Reeshma Rameshnan, DC Ravi Anand, Additional Superintendent Surjeet Kumar Singh, along with other district-level officials.
