Fact-Checking Workshop Highlights Importance of Media Literacy: Sanjay Pandey

AIPWA writes a letter to the Chief Minister, saying – his statement creates an uncomfortable situation

0

BI News,Patna :. AIPWA organized a press conference and said that it has written a letter to the Chief Minister of Bihar regarding the vulgar statement given in the Bihar Legislative Assembly yesterday, due to which a very uncomfortable situation has arisen.

Pro. Bharti S Kumar, Meena Tiwari, Shashi Yadav, Sohila Gupta and Preeti Kumari organized a press conference and said that the language style of the Chief Minister’s statement during

the Socio-Economic Survey presented in the Bihar Legislative Assembly yesterday was very objectionable.Although he later apologized for this, but it is a very serious matter.
AIPWA has said that the Socio-Economic Survey has given a new direction to politics in the entire country, it is expected that the process of making tailored development policies in the light of the survey data will now start in Bihar, but at this very juncture Chief Minister’s statement has weakened the seriousness of the entire matter. While his statement created an uncomfortable situation for the women MLAs inside the House, some male MLAs laughed. This shows how our constitutional institutions are still in the grip of anti-women mentality. Also, this is hara ssment at the workplace for women MLAs. Women’s education is the desire of entire Bihar but it is wrong to limit girls’ education for the purpose of population control. As women’s education spreads, it is obvious that the fertility rate will decrease, but to reduce the fertility rate, it is important to pay attention to other protective measures as well.

Freedom of choice of women, easy availability of safe and convenient contraceptive means for women, safe delivery, safety of mother and newborn etc. are equally important. Secondly, family planning is not just the responsibility of women, it is also the responsibility of their husband or partner.

The main issue of our party is reservation:- Dr. Sanjay Nishad

For women empowerment, along with education of women, there is a need for respectable environment for them in the society, improvement in employment and overall health system, on which the government should pay serious attention. In incidents of violence against women, we often see the government machinery insensitive and in favor of the oppressors. There is a need to sensitize the government machinery towards women.

Health department insensitive :- Akhilesh

0

BI News, Lucknow: Former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has said that the neglect of health services in the Uttar Pradesh BJP government is shameful. It seems that in the BJP government, from the Chief Minister to the Health Minister, the entire health department has become insensitive. Patients are dying in agony due to dengue fever and other diseases. There is no proper system for their treatment. When a VIP becomes a victim of negligence by doctors, the officers hush up the matter under the pretext of getting him investigated.

When an ambulance was not found in Hamirpur even after calling, the family members were forced to take the patient on a handcart. When a wheelchair is not available, the father carries his son on his back. The scene of a brother and sister being carried home on a bike with their bodies tied on their backs outside the CHC in Vidhuna, Auraiya, is disturbing.

These days, there are lines of dengue fever patients in hospitals. They are neither getting timely treatment nor medicines. Doctors are asking for test after test. The game of referring patients from here to there has started. The poor patient is dying in agony on a stretcher. The attendants are becoming patients themselves by running around. No sympathy is being seen anywhere towards the patients. The government and administration are involved in corruption.
When the grandson of a former MP of the ruling BJP died in PGI Lucknow in agony, the government and administration took cognizance of the matter because it was a BIP matter. The father kept pleading but his son did not get proper treatment. In this case, there is only drama of investigation going on. The culprits are rarely prosecuted.

Unnatural practice to produce keeda jadi effecting the Himalayan region

What an irony it is that the BJP government, which makes tall claims, and the big-talking Health Minister are completely unsuccessful in streamlining their department. His priority is the assembly elections being held in other states and not the patients dying of dengue in Uttar Pradesh. Due to the poor condition of health services under the BJP government, patients are dying every day while the cabinet of the BJP government is busy in election campaigning outside UP.
