नोएडा के बहु चर्चित एक्सपो में पंजाब एण्ड सिंध बैंक अंचल कार्यालय,नोएडा द्वारा व्यापार को नई दिशा और ऊंचाई प्रदान करने के लिए अपना स्टॉल लगाया गया। जिसका उदघाटन उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के परिवहन मंत्री श्री दया शंकर सिंह द्वारा किया गया। लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने पंजाब एण्ड सिंध बैंक को सेवा भाव के साथ व्यापार के क्षेत्र में उभरते सितारे कहा। बैंक के कई नवाचारों खासकर ई लॉबी तथा डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म की उन्होंने प्रशंसा भी की ।इस अवसर पर अंचल नोएडा के आंचलिक प्रबंधक श्री महेश सभरवाल ने बैंक की सभी योजनाओं की बारीकी से जानकारी देते हुए लोगों से बैंक के सभी उत्पादों जैसे पीएसबी कृषक रथ,पीएसबी स्मार्ट युवा,डिजिटल व्हीकल,डिजिटल आवास ऋण,एक करोड़ तक डिजिटल एमएसएमई आदि का लाभ लेने का आग्रह किया । बैंक के द्वारा ग्राहकों की समस्या समाधान के लिए कई अधिकारी स्टॉल पर तत्पर देखा गया। ग्राहकों को भी लगातार बैंक के स्टॉल पर बैंकिंग उत्पाद,योजनाओं तथा सुविधाओं की जानकारी लेने के लिए उत्सुक देखा गया।

ग्रेटर नोएडा, 26 सितम्बर 2025: पंजाब नेशनल बैंक (PNB) के लिए आज का दिन कई महत्वपूर्ण अवसरों का साक्षी रहा। अंचल प्रमुख श्री प्रवीण गोयल जी एवं मंडल प्रमुख नोएडा श्री महेश कुमार वधवा जी की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति में एक श्रृंखलाबद्ध कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुए।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत PNB IEML शाखा के नए परिसर के उद्घाटन से हुई, जो ग्राहकों तक बैंक की सेवाओं को और अधिक सुलभ एवं सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम है।

Lucknow | 20 September, 2025: An air of excitement filled the University of Lucknow today as the 4th Gomti Book Festival opened its doors, welcoming book lovers to a vibrant celebration that has become one of the largest literary festivals in India. Organised by the National Book Trust, India (Ministry of Education, Government of India) in collaboration with the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the University of Lucknow, the festival was inaugurated on 20 September 2025 by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath.
The inaugural ceremony was also graced by Guest of Honour, Shri Yogendra Upadhyay, Hon’ble Minister of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, along with Shri Awanish K Awasthi, Advisor to Hon’ble Chief Minister; Padma Shri Awardee, actor and director Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi; Prof. Milind Sudhakar Marathe, Chairman, NBT-India; Prof. Manuka Khanna, Vice Chancellor, University of Lucknow; and Shri Yuvraj Malik, Director, NBT-India.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath interacted with schoolchildren, presenting books to students and Anganwadi workers to emphasize the importance of reading. In his keynote address, the Hon’ble Chief Minister praised the National Book Trust for consistently carrying forward the tradition of the Gomti Book Festival. “Reading and progressing has always been India’s tradition and the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s idea of ‘When Citizens Read, the Country Leads’ guides this very message. I urge students to cultivate the habit of reading books apart from their textbooks. A good book can become a true guide that can propel our lives forward. I appeal to all children of Lucknow to visit the Gomti Book Festival and ensure that each one of them takes home one book from the festival,” the Hon’ble Chief Minister said, after visiting bookstalls.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister also announced that the upcoming Gorakhpur Book Festival, to be organised by the National Book Trust in collaboration with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, will be held in the first week of November.
He urged students to connect with books instead of spending long hours on smartphones. “For the next 9 days, we will witness the Mahakumbh of books at Lucknow University. There are over 20,000 students in the university and I urge every one of them to buy at least one book from the Gomti Book Festival,” he added.
During the event, Prof. Milind Sudhakar Marathe, President of the National Book Trust, India, advised holding weekly group reading sessions to promote reading culture in India. Renowned author, filmmaker and historian Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, best known for directing and starring in the 1991 television epic Chanakya, discussed the importance of Vedic literature and literature, citing the example of Nalanda, stating that “the flames of fire cannot destroy knowledge.” In his address, Hon’ble Minister of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogendra Upadhyay, spoke about the new National Education Policy 2020 (NEP) and inclusive reading materials, emphasizing the need to use printed books.
The closing remarks and vote of thanks were presented by Shri Yuvraj Malik, Director of National Book Trust, India. “With the collaboration of the National Book Trust and the State Government, Uttar Pradesh has distributed more books than any other state in India. Uttar Pradesh is leading the campaign for a library in every village. Knowledge brings us all together and within every person resides a book lover, a writer and an artist. I urge you to come to the Gomti Book Festival and awaken that part of you,” he said.
The literary segment of the day included a thought-provoking discussion on the book “Stree: Deh Se Aage” by writer and editor Gulab Kothari. Talking with Yogita Yadav, the author spoke at length about the book’s creative process and content while citing excerpts from Vedic literature, their relevance to the gender roles in the present day world. The second session was a book discussion on “Kim and Krishna” by Neeraj Vashisth, which tells the story of an Indian boy and a North Korean girl who fall in love in Thailand. In conversation with Shobha Kapoor, the author discussed the similarities in culture between India and Southeast Asia that inspired the story of his book. The day ended on a high note with a mesmerising performance of classical instrumental ragas by Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya.
With over 225 publishers showcasing titles in multiple Indian languages at more than 200 bookstalls, thousands made their way to Gomti Book Festival on Day 1. In addition, visitors will be able to experience the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya, India’s national digital library, which offers free access to over 3,000 e-books across genres and Indian languages. Book lovers can enjoy special discounts of up to 10% on NBT titles by registering through the REP app.
As the festival continues till 28 September, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (free entry), offering workshops, author interactions, children’s activities and cultural performances, it promises to continue the journey of ideas, creativity, literature and culture.
राहुल गांधी द्वारा युवाओं और Gen-Z के नाम पर फैलाए जा रहे अराजक प्रोपेगैंडा पर विहिप का रोष

विश्व हिंदू परिषद इंद्रप्रस्थ प्रान्त के मंत्री श्री सुरेंद्र गुप्ता जी ने आज कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी द्वारा युवाओं और Gen-Z के नाम का सहारा लेकर राजनीतिक रूप से भ्रामक और अराजक प्रोपेगैंडा फैलाने के प्रयास पर तीव्र रोष व्यक्त किया।
श्री गुप्ता ने कहा कि युवाओं और Gen-z का नाम लेते हुए जिस प्रकार राहुल गांधी जी ने युवाओं को राजनीतिक मुद्दों पर भड़काने का प्रयास किया है, वह अत्यंत निंदनीय है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि भारत का बहुसंख्यक युवा आज देश के लोकप्रिय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी को अपना आदर्श मानता है और वह किसी भी भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्त नेताओं का साथ नहीं देगा और अगर इकट्ठा हो भी गए तो विपक्ष के नेताओं को ही इससे खतरा है क्योंकि झूठे विमर्श के आधार पर जिसतरह हिंदुओं को प्रताड़ित करने का काम विपक्ष के नेताओं ने अपने शासन काल मे किये हैं अगर उसके विरोध में आज का युवा खड़ा हो गया तो विपक्ष को भागने के लिए जमीन नहीं मिलेगी!
श्री गुप्ता ने आगे कहा कि नेपाल में Gen-Z द्वारा हिन्दू राष्ट्र की मांग करना यह दर्शाता है कि युवा पीढ़ी अपनी सांस्कृतिक पहचान और मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूक हो रही है। श्री गुप्ता ने आगे राहुल गांधी जी से सवाल किया कि यदि भारत के युवा भी इसी दिशा में आगे बढ़ते हैं और हिन्दू राष्ट्र की मांग करते हैं, तो क्या राहुल गांधी युवाओं का साथ देंगे?
श्री सुरेंद्र गुप्ता ने यह भी कहा कि विहिप सदैव राष्ट्रहित, संस्कृति संरक्षण और युवाओं के नैतिक उत्थान के लिए कार्य करती रही है। राहुल गांधी जी जैसे नेता युवाओं को भ्रमित करने के बजाय राष्ट्र निर्माण में उनकी भूमिका को सशक्त बनाने का प्रयास करें और कुप्रयास छोड़ दें!
‘मंदोदरी’ की भूमिका हेतु पूनम पांडे के चयन पर पुनर्विचार की मांग
नई दिल्ली, 19 सितंबर 2025 – इंद्रप्रस्थ विश्व हिंदू परिषद (विहिप), दिल्ली के प्रांत मंत्री सुरेंद्र गुप्ता ने प्रतिष्ठित लव कुश रामलीला में ‘मंदोदरी’ की भूमिका के लिए अभिनेत्री श्रीमती पूनम पांडे के चयन पर गहरी चिंता व्यक्त की है। इस संबंध में, विहिप दिल्ली के प्रांत मंत्री, श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार गुप्ता ने लव कुश रामलीला समिति को एक औपचारिक पत्र भेजकर इस निर्णय पर पुनर्विचार करने का अनुरोध किया है।
पत्र में, श्री गुप्ता ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि रामलीला केवल एक नाट्य-प्रस्तुति नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय समाज और संस्कारों का एक जीवंत हिस्सा है। संगठन ने यूनेस्को द्वारा रामलीला को दिए गए सांस्कृतिक महत्व का भी उल्लेख किया, जो इसे एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मान्यता प्राप्त पारंपरिक प्रदर्शन के रूप में पहचानता है।
विहिप ने अपने पत्र में निम्नलिखित प्रमुख बिंदुओं पर प्रकाश डाला:
सांस्कृतिक और नैतिक संवेदनशीलता: संगठन का आग्रह है कि रामायण-आधारित प्रस्तुतियों में पात्रों का चुनाव केवल अभिनय क्षमता पर नहीं, बल्कि सांस्कृतिक उपयुक्तता और श्रद्धालुओं की भावनाओं को ध्यान में रखकर किया जाना चाहिए।
‘मंदोदरी’ चरित्र का महत्व: ‘मंदोदरी’ का चरित्र गुण, मर्यादा, संयम और आदर्श पतिव्रता के गुणों का प्रतीक माना जाता है। इसलिए, इस भूमिका को निभाने वाले कलाकार का चयन इन आदर्शों को ध्यान में रखकर होना चाहिए।
सार्वजनिक छवि पर चिंता: पत्र में कहा गया है कि श्रीमती पूनम पांडे की सार्वजनिक छवि और अतीत में हुए विवादों के कारण श्रद्धालुओं में असमंजस या आक्रोश की भावना उत्पन्न हो सकती है।
वैकल्पिक सुझाव: विहिप ने समिति को सुझाव दिया है कि वे इस निर्णय पर पुनर्विचार करें और मंदोदरी की भूमिका के लिए किसी ऐसी अभिनेत्री का चयन करें जिनकी पारंपरिक नाट्य पृष्ठभूमि हो या जिनका सार्वजनिक रिकॉर्ड सांस्कृतिक अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप हो।
श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार गुप्ता ने कहा, “हमारा उद्देश्य किसी कलाकार का व्यक्तिगत विरोध करना नहीं है, बल्कि रामायण जैसे पवित्र ग्रंथों से जुड़े सार्वजनिक आयोजनों की सांस्कृतिक वैधता और श्रद्धालुओं के विश्वास की रक्षा करना है।” उन्होंने आगे कहा कि रामलीला का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य धर्म, नैतिकता और संस्कारों को बढ़ावा देना है, और हर निर्णय इसी भावना को प्रतिबिंबित करना चाहिए।
विश्व हिंदू परिषद को उम्मीद है कि लव कुश रामलीला समिति इस मामले की गंभीरता को समझेगी और एक सम्मानजनक समाधान निकालेगी।
यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया द्वारा हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन
यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय दिल्ली दक्षिण ने वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 की द्वितीय तिमाही सितम्बर 2025 में दिनांक 03.09.2025 को अंचल ज्ञानार्जन केंद्र, गुरुग्राम के सभागार में एक दिवसीय हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया। जिसमे दिल्ली दक्षिण क्षेत्र की विभिन्न शाखाओ के 25 स्टाफ सदस्यों ने प्रतिभागिता की. एक दिवसीय हिन्दी कार्यशाला में श्री सचिन गुप्ता, सहायक महाप्रबंधक, यूएलए, गुरुग्राम उद्घाटन सत्र में उपस्थित हुए और कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन किया।
हिन्दी कार्यशाला में आए सभी प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करते हुए विशेष रूप से हिन्दी में कार्य करने में आ रही समस्याओं के बारे में अपना मार्गदर्शन दिया और हिन्दी का प्रयोग बढ़ाने के लिए सलाह देते हुए हिन्दी में अधिक से अधिक कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। कार्यशाला में राजभाषा अधिकारी द्वारा शाखा स्तर पर लागू होने वाले राजभाषा अधिनियम 1963, राजभाषा नियम 1976, हिन्दी पत्राचार एवं पत्र प्रबंधन, आंतरिक कामकाज में हिन्दी का प्रयोग, तिमाही प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुतीकरण एवं कोर राजभाषा सोल्यूशंस, यूनिकोड, वॉइस टाइपिंग, ई-टूल्स, प्रोत्साहन योजनाएं आदि विषयों पर जानकारी दी गई। कार्यशाला के समापन सत्र में सभी प्रतिभागियों से कार्यशाला के संबंध में प्रतिक्रिया प्राप्त करते हुए स्टाफ को अपना दैनिक कार्य हिन्दी में अधिक से अधिक करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
India Takes Centre Stage as Guest of Honour
The India Pavilion at the Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF) 2025 was inaugurated on Wednesday September 3, 2025 in the presence of Mr. Alexander Alimov, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russia, His Excellency Mr. Vinay Kumar, Ambassador of India to Russia, Mr. Govind Jaiswal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Education (MoE) and Mr. Vladimir Viktorovich Grigoriev, Director, Ministry of Digital Development, Russia.
From September 3 to September 7, 2025, India will showcase over 2,500 books in multiple Indian languages as the Guest of Honour country for this year at the 38th edition of the Moscow International Book Fair at the historic Soviet-era VDNKh exhibition grounds.
Before the inauguration of the Indian Pavilion, India was celebrated at the formal opening of the Moscow International Book Fair, with His Excellency Mr. Vinay Kumar, Ambassador of India to Russia and Mr. Govind Jaiswal, Joint Secretary, MoE, addressing the distinguished gathering.
The programme began with a welcome address by Prof. Milind Sudhakar Marathe, Chairman, National Book Trust, India, along with other dignitaries. Shri Yuvraj Malik, Director, NBT, India, delivered a Vote of Thanks at the event. The pavilion also hosted the launch of Russian translations of 22 NBT-India titles after the ceremonial ribbon untying. Various dignitaries visited the book stalls at the India Pavilion to interact with authors and publishers. The guests also immersed themselves in the Virtual Reality (VR) Experience Zone. More than 60 delegates including authors, scholars, publishers and officials from India are participating in the event. The day progressed with a roundtable discussion on ‘Enriching Children’s Literature through Translation’.
With an exciting line-up of events ahead, the India Pavilion at Moscow International Book Fair 2025 promises to engage global audiences and offer a vibrant showcase of India’s literary and cultural heritage over the next four days.
At the India Pavilion, the National Book Trust (NBT), India has brought together over 50 Indian publishing houses to showcase outstanding literary works across Indian languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, and Tamil. The pavilion will also offer Russian translations of several children’s books, under the theme ‘Read and Explore India’.
बाढ़ प्रभावित हिंदू परिवारों की मदद के लिए आगे आए समाज – सुरेन्द्र कुमार गुप्ता
दिल्ली प्रांत मंत्री श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार गुप्ता ने जानकारी दी है कि वजीराबाद पुल के पास स्थित हिंदू बस्ती, जहाँ पाकिस्तान से विस्थापित होकर आए हमारे सैकड़ों हिंदू भाई-बहन निवास करते हैं, यमुना में आई बाढ़ के कारण बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुई है। यहाँ रहने वाले लगभग 800 से 1000 परिवार इस समय जीवन के गहरे संकट से गुजर रहे हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि प्रभावित परिवारों को तत्काल राशन, वस्त्र, बिस्तर, दवा और अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री की आवश्यकता है।
श्री गुप्ता ने समाज के सभी वर्गों से आह्वान किया कि इन पीड़ित हिंदू परिवारों की सेवा और सहायता के लिए विहिप सेवा आयाम के माध्यम से सहयोग पहुँचाएँ, ताकि यह मदद सीधे और सुव्यवस्थित तरीके से पीड़ित परिवारों तक पहुँच सके।

विश्व हिंदू परिषद, दिल्ली प्रांत द्वारा शास्त्री पार्क जैन मंदिर के सामने से ईद-ए-मिलाद-उन-नबी जुलूस का मार्ग बदलने की माँग
विश्व हिंदू परिषद, दिल्ली प्रांत के प्रांत मंत्री श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार गुप्ता ने दिल्ली पुलिस आयुक्त को एक पत्र लिखकर शास्त्री पार्क स्थित जैन मंदिर के सामने से ईद-ए-मिलाद-उन-नबी के जुलूस का मार्ग बदलने की माँग की है। उन्होंने पत्र में उल्लेख किया कि वर्ष 2024 में इसी मार्ग से जुलूस गुजरने के दौरान एक अप्रिय घटना घटित हुई थी, जिससे क्षेत्र में साम्प्रदायिक तनाव उत्पन्न हुआ था।
श्री गुप्ता ने कहा कि वर्तमान में इस क्षेत्र में हिंदू समाज की जनसंख्या अल्पसंख्यक हो गई है, और यदि इस वर्ष भी वही मार्ग निर्धारित किया गया तो पुनः अशांति की संभावना से इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता। उन्होंने दिल्ली पुलिस से आग्रह किया कि:
1. जुलूस का मार्ग बदला जाए ताकि यह जैन मंदिर के सामने से न गुज़रे।
2. एक वैकल्पिक मार्ग निर्धारित किया जाए जो सभी समुदायों के लिए सुरक्षित और स्वीकार्य हो।
3. आवश्यकता पड़ने पर सीआरपीसी की धारा 144 के अंतर्गत आवश्यक प्रतिबंध लगाए जाएँ।
इसके साथ ही प्रान्त मंत्री श्री गुप्ता ने कड़े शब्दों में कहा कि जब दिल्ली में ट्रिपल इंजन की सरकार है (केंद्र, राज्य और नगर निगम में एक ही पार्टी की सरकार), तब भी हिंदू समाज को हनुमान जयंती पर जहांगीरपुरी से शोभायात्रा निकालने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाती,सुरक्षा कारणों और साम्प्रदायिक सौहार्द का हवाला दिया जाता है। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों में हिंदू समाज अपनी धार्मिक यात्राएँ सुरक्षा कारणों से नहीं निकाल सकता था लेकिन जब सरकार हिन्दू सोंच की हो तब पूर्ण विश्वास है कि अब यात्रा सुचारू रूप से चलेगी!

“A Degree May Get You Shortlisted, But Communication Gets You Selected” — Dr Birbal Jha’s Message to Youth
Patna, August 23: Acclaimed English litterateur, author, social entrepreneur, and founder of British Lingua, Dr Birbal Jha, addressed students of Sri Arvind Mahila College, Patna, as the chief guest at a seminar on Career Prospects and Employability Skills. The event was held under his national campaign ‘Rise and Speak Up for India’, aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047, which he has launched from Bihar to empower youth with employability skills.
In his inspiring speech, the nationalist ideologue Dr Birbal Jha stressed that communication skills are the foundation of success in both professional and personal life. “A degree may get you shortlisted, but it is your communication that gets you selected,” he told the gathering, drawing wide applause.
The celebrity Dr Birbal Jha, known as the ‘Youngest Living Legend of Mithila’, reminded students that employability today is not defined merely by academic qualifications. “Degrees make you literate, but skills make you employable,” Dr Jha said, underlining the need for communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and ethics.
Dr Jha explained that good communication is the ladder to “decent jobs” that ensure dignity, respect, and growth. “Employability is not just about getting a job, it is about earning dignity, respect, and a voice in society,” further observed Dr Jha.
Highlighting diverse career prospects, he pointed out that communication plays a decisive role in civil services, corporate jobs, academia, media, law, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and even global opportunities. “If knowledge is power, communication is the switch that turns that power on,” he remarked.
Addressing young women in particular, Dr Birbal declared: “When a young woman finds her voice, she finds her freedom. When she communicates with clarity, she commands respect. And when she builds employability through communication, she not only secures her own future but uplifts her family and society.”
Dr Jha urged students to see communication as more than language proficiency. “Words are not just sounds — they are your wings. With them, you can rise above barriers and reach your destiny,” he said, motivating the youth to practice daily listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
“Learning English doesn’t mean adopting Western culture; it’s about enhancing employability skills and reaping the benefits that English has to offer,” thundered Dr Birbal Jha, the man credited with pioneering a revolution in English training in India and defining the domain of Spoken English Skills in the country, beginning the movement in 1993.
Touching upon ethics and values, he cautioned that “Employability without ethics is like a body without a soul. Your talent may get you hired, but only your values will keep you respected and retained.”
He also made a passionate appeal to the youth to prepare themselves for the challenges of a changing world. “Youth in our country do not lack talent; they only lack confidence and communication. Let us bridge this gap,” Dr Birbal urged.
Encouraging students to take ownership of their growth, Dr Jha added: “Don’t just prepare for interviews. Prepare for life.” He further reminded them that “Youth are not just the future of India — they are the present strength of India. If they rise today, the nation will rise tomorrow.”
The session concluded with a pledge by the students to hone their employability skills and become skilled, ethical, and employable citizens of Bharat. Quoting his guiding motto, Dr Jha said: “Language for livelihood, culture for identity, and ethics for society.”
